Refund Policy

At TriLife+, we understand that life happens — and sometimes plans change. We aim to be fair and transparent with our refund policy while respecting the time and commitment of our coaches and clients.

Session Cancellations

24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Packages & Programs

Refunds on Unused Sessions: Full refunds will be issued on unused sessions for any pre-purchased packages.
